Your birthday should come with cake, presents… and preferably a ridiculous number of free food and beauty treats. 🎉
If your birthday is coming up, now is a great time to sign up for some of the loyalty programs below. Many restaurants and retailers offer birthday rewards to members, and some are genuinely free with no purchase required.
Birthday Freebie Tip: Sign up early! Some birthday rewards require you to join a loyalty program several days or even weeks before your birthday. Others require you to have made a qualifying purchase during the previous year. Offers can also change, expire or vary by location, so always check the individual program’s current terms before making a special trip.

🎉 A Few More Worth Checking
These programs currently advertise birthday benefits, but note the exact reward can vary, may require a qualifying purchase, or may be personalized:
- Raising Cane’s Caniac Club — members can receive special birthday surprises.
- Zax Rewardz — join the current Zax Rewardz program and check your account for available birthday offers.
- Dunkin’ Rewards — birthday rewards are available to eligible Rewards members.
- Chick-fil-A One — birthday and other rewards can be personalized by location, membership status and promotional availability. Chick-fil-A’s current rules specifically say birthday rewards may be part of its rewards program and can be limited to participating locations/members.
