BlueCross BlueShield Free Skate at Canalside (registration required)

On February 1st, BlueCross BlueShield is hosting a community Free Skate at Canalside from 9 to 11 a.m. This event will be at The Ice at Canalside in Downtown Buffalo.

Registration is required for all skaters and a signed waiver must be presented at check-in. Spectators do not need to register.

Be sure to register and request your free tickets over on the Eventbrite website before the event date. After submitting your form, you will receive confirmation in your email which will include a link to the waiver. Don’t forget to sign and bring the waiver to check-in!

There will be a limited number of loaner skates available for free rental on a first-come, first-served basis. Skaters aged 12 and under must bring their own helmet and wear at all times while on the ice. Helmets will not be provided.

No hockey sticks, pucks, or external skating aids are permitted on the ice.

In addition, Bumper cars, curling, and bowling will be available free on a first-come, first-served basis.
