With strawberry season in full swing, I figured I would share my simple process of making delicious fruit pops for my kids. Enjoy!

DIRECTIONS:

Remove the stems and wash 1/2 quart, or about 1 pound, of fresh strawberries. Cut the berries in half.

Pop berries in the blender, Tupperware Quik Chef (my personal fave!), or go old-fashioned and use a potato masher or fork.

Depending on your preference for sweetness, add 1/8 to 1/4 cup of white granulated sugar.  Blend or mash until juicy.

Pour mixture into popsicle molds until 90% full. If you need popsicle makers, check out this list of fun popsicle molds you can find online.

Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day!  These are so tasty and, best of all, made with real fruit!  The added sugar might not even be necessary depending on the sweetness of the strawberries, so omit if desired.
