This Summer get FIT for FREE in a park near you!

It has been awesome to see the success of this great program sponsored by Independent Health & YMCA Buffalo Niagara and this year it has started earlier than ever!!

Independent Health’s FREE Fitness in the Parks program started this past week and runs through August 31st, with select classes running through the month of September!  I absolutely LOVE that they offer this FREE exercise class and it gets me excited about working out.  It’s much more fun with a pal too, so grab a buddy and get fit this summer!! My friend and I really enjoy taking the Zumba classes together.  This year, I hope to get to Bootcamp and Yoga more often!

Head over to Independent Health’s website to see the schedule of classes available at various parks around town.  Note this is a FREE service to ALL Western New Yorkers of all ages and skill levels, not just a benefit for Independent Health insurance members. Certified YMCA instructors lead these FREE 60-minute classes. NO registration is required – just show up!
